A birthday note:



To my beloved wife,

Twenty-x years ago, an amazing woman was born. She was beautiful and strong-willed and would grow up to be kind and thoughtful. As a child (and to this day), her vibrant nature makes people smile when she enters a room. She has a empathetic heart and uses her strength for the justice of others.

 

The best 24 hours of my life began Saturday evening, Aug 28th, when you choose to spend the rest of your life with me.

It's been an amazing seven years with some truly epic times. Here are some highlights:

Honeymoon in Cabo

The first few months of figuring our how to live with each other / Both of us loosing our jobs in the same week

Us trying to be hip by clubbing at midnight in Vegas

Kayaking the Chicago river / epic fancy restaurant fight

Almost walking into a brothel in the most dangerous part of Vancouver

Meeting Rooster-Man on the Canadian coast

Living life with our amazing friends from the Journey

Hiking to the top of Machu Picchu

Swimming in an amazonian river
Getting lost after walking across the Swiss/German boarder

Kissing at the top of the Eiffel tower at night

Hiking the alps in Switzerland

And now living in community with our amazing village friends
